Many people always ask, “I’d like to know more about how my dog is judged at a hunt test.”
One sure fire way to get a good understanding of how our HRC judges are trained is to attend a Judge / Handler seminar. Not everyone can attend such events, so the HRC has made the seminar manual available for everyone to read. There are some great pieces of knowledge in this manual and EVERY judge / handler is encouraged to spend time familiarizing themselves with the material in there.
You can read more of the seminar manual here.

Congratulations to club members Rich & Angie Louter on their recent accomplishments:
1) Rich & his standard poodle, Cooper, were featured in a 3 page spread and in the front inside cover of a Norwegian magazine called “HundeSport“. Only problem is…no one can read the article to know know what it says…anyone know how to translate? HundeSport Magazine
2) Rich recently attended the East Arkansas Hunt test. While there, his dog Layla (HRCH Websters Red High Heels JH) received two finished passes, thus becoming the tenth#10 Standard Poodle in History to achieve the HRCH title!!!
Congrats to the Louters for both of these amazing accomplishments!
